Worst service within the financial service industry

After several phone calls the consultants/fund administrators promise to finalise the disinvestment from pension fund but still nothing has materialised. It's been over 2 months since withdrawal from the fund and nobody seems to obtain pricing and facilitate the payout. I'm frustrated with GTC unprofessional conduct and lack of empathy.
