The consultant (Zamaswazi) assisted me with patience and was very calm
The consultant (Zamaswazi) assisted me with patience and was very calm. Most importantly as she afforded me the opportunity to further explain my query, she then provided me with an update on my request and also clarified the next steps regarding my query or request.
