Profile update

I can't submit a claim cause my banking details somehow doesn't show on my profile. I submitted all that was required and said they will update in the next 48hours. Still now and when I call all they say is that they will call me back and they never do. I spoke to Bombe and Londiwe. Today I spoke to a gentleman that was unfriendly and said ' if Londiwe said she will call then she will call, she has other clients that she is working with' totally unacceptable. Atleast the consultants should give us correct information regarding turn around times
