Poor customer service and slow processes

Payout dates continuously change and no one seems to have an answer for why this is - I can only presume they sit with paperwork and don't do anything with it for weeks and only kick into gear when confronted. I have never had such a poor experience with a provident fund - very poor customer service, slow processes and rude consultants.
