Pension Fund Payout

This company will take you up and down, promising dates and then change form one story to another. They informed me about SARS Tax Query, only to find out after calling SARS that everything was approved or given a green light on 17 March. This is very disturbing. A month after they are still playing games in order to utilise our interest. I am lodging a complain with pension fund adjudicator.
