PAY OUT OF PENSION MONEY

I am very unhappy with GTC as far as the pay out of my pension money is concerned. They were informed of my withdrawal on the 20th of September. My money was only disinvested on 16 October. Up to now absolutely nothing has been done. I have been informed that "if all goes well", payment should be made on 7 November. In the meantime I have to pay my own salary at the end of October. Looking at all the bad reviews, I am not very optimistic about being paid by then. According to most reviews, they keep moving the payment date. I would not recommend anybody to invest with GTC.
