My overall experience is not good

My overall experience is not good. I always have to phone in to ask how far my request is even though the e-mail that I got back said that I would receive feedback within 48 hours. They don’t stick to their SLA and when you phone in you always need to send your request again to the consultant you are on the phone with because they can’t trace your e-mail.
