My experience started off very poorly when my claim was constantly rejected and the agent I was speaking to were not giving me anything solid, or a way forward to resolve the matter. I finally spoke to Phumla and she exhausted all the channels she possibly had, and the matter was resolved. She even gave me a call back to assure me that the matter was resolved and I should receive the funds in the next 24hours. After dealing with few agents whose names I won’t mention but I know very well Phumla came through. They promised me call backs but did not give me a call back.
