GTC Worst Institution

The experience with this Financial institution has been nothing short of dissappointing. Since 2015 I have been taken from one pillar to another firstly being told I cannot withdraw my funds until a few days ago I was advised that in actual fact I can withdraw the funds and the only thing required from me was my banking details and ID whihc were submitted.

To date, I have been going back and fort again hoping the funds would be paid but nothing. I was advised that it would have been processed by the 7th June and nothing happened, I called and emailed to no avail and then finally managed to get assistance and then I was told it should be completed by the 13th June and today I get told it is in the final step of processing - don't know what this means but I guess we just sit and wait.

This company has been the worst to deal with and their client liasons have honestly fallen short on communication and just doing their jobs.

I would never recommend this institution to anyone! No bsiness or client should have to endure such basic service!
