GTC Poor service provider

I filed a claim with them over seven weeks ago and have yet to receive any feedback. Every time I call, there’s a new technical issue or another excuse, followed by endless escalations with no updates. The lack of communication and accountability is extremely disappointing, especially from a financial institution that should prioritize customer service.
