Gtc not responsive

I have app**** for my 2pot system payout via the link that was provided on the 9th August 2024 still have not received payment. I have alot of questions and have tried calling your number ***/ ***) provided for assistance but with no response. I spent 20min waiting for an operator until I hung up. I then opted to send an email yesterday morning provided by gtc still no response *** I hope immediate assistance will be provided on my issue.
