GTC not doing their job

I've resigned on the 12/01/2023 I send my all my documents to my X employee HR on the 08/02/2023 my X employee send GTC my forms and documents on the 16/02/2023 I received an email saying my estimated pay out will be on the 14/042023 it didn't happen I wasn't paid I then got another email saying it will be on the 21/04/2023 3days before the 21/04/2023 on Tuesday yesterday I received an e mail saying my pay out will be on the 15/052023 if you can go through goggle GTC how long does it takes to pay out when one has resigned it's says 14-21 working days or 6-8 weeks Im not employed my little *** is no longer attending day care my older son owns school fee and transport please can you guys help me about my pay out is been more than 8 weeks since my documents were send to GTC
