GTC FINANCIAL SERVICE - BAD SERVICE!!!NO SERVICE!!!!!!

good day, I am so fedup with GTC FINANCIAL SERVICES. My husband passed away 27/09/2020 on the 28/09/2020 i submitted all documentation that was required. As I also work with funds, I know the fund takes 8 weeks to pay out. After 8 weeks I followed up and guess what then they told me they need more affidavits, i have sent through the affidavit that was requested, after i followed up again, I was told it was not correct, again I send another Affidavit then again I followed up, then I was told By Ansie from (Pentagon group) that it wasnt neccasary. Again when i followed up with Ansie, I got an email she is no longer working for Pentagroup, I must now be in contact with Trevor, I have send 100 of emails to Trevor and no one got back to me. Last week I phone Gtc ***) where i was told that the money will be paid out end of last week. Wow its Monday, again when i phoned today, guess what everyone is working from home, they cant give me the managers email or contact no as they dont now who it is, emails that are given all come back "sorry I am on leave" the ref no to this case is : 653360 LATE MR S.A.
