GTC constantly pushing out payment dates

I have been having a terrible experience with GTC and a fund withdrawal. Its seems like a company where no one actually does anything unless you persistently call and ask for updates. My pay out date has continuously been pushed back. When you want answers, you don't get anything expect they will get back to me. Which they do not do at all, don't even reply to emails. Beyond this complaint on hellopeter I am going to lodge a complaint on the PFA as well
