Failing to honor payouts
I logged a claim withdrawal on the 28th of February 2022. It is now the 19th of April and my claim still hasn't been paid out. I logged claims with 10X and Old mutual at the same time, and they paid out within two weeks. G3G is still giving me stories on why they haven't paid out. I want my money, I don't want to hear another story from them
