Extremely Poor service from GTC

GTC fund has been failing to disinvest my fund for almost 2 months now. I have been making numerous calls speaking to different consultants weekly and they seem not to be honest and sure of what they say. My fund was promised to be disinvested month end of May 2019. However that did not materialize for whatever reason, I then made a follow up on why it was not disinvested a consultant told me permission must come from Management first. That was a bit puzzling but yet again I believed the consultant, 2 weeks later fund still not disinvested and no valid reason was given.

The month end of May 2019 a guy claimed to be a fund administrator advised me that 10th of June the money will be in my account, surprisingly that commitment was not horned. I was then taken from one fund administrator tor another had to wait on a call for 20 Minutes for them to give me a concrete answer.

I am so disappointed with GTC the service is poor and consultants/fund administrators seem to be less interested to assist clients. This is so unprofessional and ********* we expecting better from GTC ????????????????????
