Claim

Worse service ever,My claim was meant to be released on the 8th of November, nothing happened, I called on the 12th, I was told to resend my confirmation bank letter,i did, this i had done previously again. I called on the 14th November,They told me early next week the claim will be released, I gave them till Wednesday, then i called again, this time i was told they will release it by Friday 22nd November. Today is the 25th, still nothing, I called yet again, I am now being told about batches, which i don't understand, because this was meant to be released on Friday 22nd November, so they will push for it to be released Today 25th November, that's exactly what i was told last week Wednesday, they are pushing till this day, What exactly??. Mind you i left my previous company last year October. I am exhausted and i want my money.
