ABSOLUTELY PATHETIC!!!

What a horror story I have been in contact with GTC from December where I was initially told my employer had submitted my paperwork which turned out to not be true because my employer showed me proof that the had submitted. Fast forward January 2024 I was given an estimated date of the 23rd of January, which turned to 29th of January then I was told to submit my proof of banking details as this was the only thing left well I submitted this on the 26th of January where I was told to expect payment on the 5th of February. Surprise surprise it's the 5th of February the money is not in my account and I have just been told to wait till the 13of February. This is absolutely appalling its beyond ridiculous.
