Kirby Williams
Just a quick pop-in to share my deepest gratitude for (according to my experience) the gem of all gems in the GTASA group; Kirby Williams.
She is my go-to person for all travelling arrangements for the company. Her service is quick, accurate and problem-free. She never lets me feel that I am causing her trouble, even if staff-members changes their minds with booking dates etc. She deals with it professionally, and if she ever gets annoyed (which I think she has), she never shows it.
I hope to continue working with her for the next couple of decades.
