We are in receipt of your email and the content has been noted. Whilst we understand that generally, people are entitled to their opinions - we notice with concern that your comments about GTASA in your correspondence dated are bordering on slander.

With respect, we advise that slander is a ******** offence and is seen in a very serious light by GTASA. We are sure that you will understand that we cannot tolerate baseless slander intended to harm our reputation. Legal steps will be taken if deemed necessary.

Where misrepresentation is brought to our attention, a full investigation will be done and request that allegation of misrepresentation be forwarded to us in writing.

At GTASA we do not mind constructive criticism based on fact , which we use as opportunities to improve our levels of service and to rectify mistakes.

We pride ourselves in that our Company has ensured that we are in line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and we can with confidence inform you that we are fully compliant. We wish to point out that our agreement is written in clear and understandable English. Moreover, our sales staff are trained to explain the meaning and content of the agreement.

We also require the signatory to sign numerous times acknowledging that he or she understands the contents of the aforesaid agreement.

Furthermore, our legal team compiled stringent employee contracts that has to be signed by our Sales Agents before they can start marketing our products. We have therefore, in all our facets of our business implemented strict measures to ensure that we are compliant with the CPA, to avoid misinterpretation or miscommunication.

Please note that your file will now be handed over to our Legal Department.
