GTASA - the decade of theft for zero service - thats what you call Customer Service

I was also a 20 year sucker, seems some people signed up for 30 years. You have my sympathy. This bunch of ******* took my cash since my company liquidated for 10 years. Never a statement, never a call, never a notice the fee had increased. But when my card expired they are like a pack of wolves chasing you for your cash. Fact is they already had R25k to R30k in the last 10 years and I stupidly missed it but they still want their cake and eat it. All you people out there please avoid these people they are immorally, ethically and professionally inept. Zero customer service, zero contact, just take take and take.
