Good service

<p>I have often heard it said that you do not remember people by what they say or do but rather by how they made you feel, and i can categorically state that everytime i have dealt with various people at GTASA i have come away feeling good! I have found them to be friendly , efficient and helpful - going the "extra mile" in an effort to satisfy my requirements. </p> <p>One particular example that springs to mind was when we required accommodation in a particular part of the South Coast of KwaZulu- Natal, at short notice, over the Christmas period. I first approached the "other" company where the lady i spoke to simply laughed and said "You've got no chance" - and that was it! I then approached GTASA who listened to my request and promised to do their best. Within hours I received an email from them apologizing for not being able to meet my exact requirements but including a list of several venues in the general vicinity of my desired accommodation. The difference in attitude was striking.</p> <p>I simply wish to thank the staff members of GTASA who have assisted me in the past and applaud them for their proffessional and courteous service. </p>
