Please never let this company blindfold you in signing any contract documents. They are misleading and promise you great discounts, but the moment you want to book something they can never beat the prices. After I booked myself for much better prices, they still wanted to know where I got the better price, but that should've been their work to get the better price in the first place, because I pay them to do that. When I joined this company in 2018 I was promised discounted accommodations / flight tickets and a lot more. It seems that, that person only told me lies to let me signed the contract to get his commission. They talk so fast and promise you the world and me stupid believed them. Today I got my tickets much cheaper at the agents, and GTASA couldn't beat their price, because they told me ONLY TODAY they don't get flight tickets at discount prices, but the night when I joined they told me a different story. They are dishonest. I had problems with this company from the start, I never received any mails as if I was never a member. Then suddenly after I queried it, I got an email. The first time I made a booking with them, they booked me in a hotel, afterwards I found out I could've gotten it much cheaper if I booked it myself. So it seems to me they add fees with their bookings, that's maybe why they don't get it cheaper than when I book it myself. The 2nd time I mailed them again about accommodation, this time a terrible woman helped me, I mailed up and down, because it seems like she couldn't understand what I was actually looking for, she came with other suggestions that I didn't even asked for, and my first mail stipulated exactly what I wanted, eventually after a few mails when she got the picture she forward the prices, but again I got it for less when I booked myself. A while back I wanted to cancel this membership, but they told me to pay the monthly fees then in full to cancel. They do nothing for me, but they still want more and more money. This is a dishonest company, I will never recommend them to anyone. They take people's money, but give nothing back. This membership is a waste of my money. I am so disappointed after today's phone call and the outcome after I struggled to get through for more than a hour. Eventually when I got through, they couldn't again beat my price. I am taking this to the next level. I will let the people out there know what Global Travel Alliance SA is all about. Terrible, unprofessional service.
