I'm a bit shocked to see other bad reviews here about GT as my experience was different. I am happy with the contract phone I got from them when I was struggling to get it any where else. But above all when a lovely lady phoned me to follow up on the service of the company, that was a bonus for me. She's professional and definitely an asset at GT.
