Contract minutes and data

I took a contact with tis company a year ago in March and have been paying ever since, to my surprise my data and minutes have not been topped up for the month of June which is really unacceptable and very frustrating because the contact stipulates that on the beginning of every month my account will be topped up.

I'm very unhappy with the service I have received from this entity, I have called numerous times into the company for this issue to resolved but I was not assisted and been told lies saying that they are waiting on MTN to send through the minutes and data, which I don't believe.... I recently spoke to an Karjar and an Abdul who said it would be resolved today but still waiting. Please escalate this further because I'm a very UNHAPPY CUSTOMER!!!!
