Complain

I am so disappointed with your service since the lock down began. I have been cheated out of a data deal of 1.5GB instead they have been loading 500MB but I am paying for 1.5GB the telephone line only takes you to voicemail and I have sent an email as well no one has even bother to reply.

If this matter is not resolved by month I will stop paying this account as money been wasted enough already.
