Competence

I have a contract with for nearly six months, every month they deduct the payment however i never get my minutes, data and smses. When they finally decide to load them after some weeks the always fluctuate it never the same for each month. What i don't get is they deduct on the 25 of each month but i will get the minutes, data and smses on the second week on the following month then again it's getting close to deduction date. Called and quiery the matter but never got a straight answer. They just blamed the network provider
