Capitec and Group Are Us bad business

On the 26/11/2025 I was notified on a debicheck on my bank App from this company. I do not have any business whatsoever with them but they will deduct money from my account. I Googled them only to find out they are an insurance company. I dont know how they do business yet they don't have proper communication process. I wrote to them to cancel what they trying to do, no response from them.
