un ethical selling

on the 25/12/2014 i bought a pre owned car from Nissan Group 1, Caren was my sales agent. according to her the car was based in Capetown which they sent it Johannesburg to me. Up on receipt of the car it has scratches on the wheel cap and the bumper was lose. I phoned her and emailed the pictures to her advising of the condition of vehicle . She told me i should take the car to their Midrend branch which i did but no body managed to help me<br> <br> I have escalated this matter to Reyno ( who has been included in the conversation ) i had with Caren but his also not helping.<br> <br> Few weeks ago i realized that the vehicle is due for service and its on 72 000 KM which came to me not being the 60 000 KM as per her adverti*****t . This situation is not frustrating me i don't know who to deal with ...
