Shocking service levels

I bought a Mahindra Pick-Up ifrom this branch n June 24. The side bumper was loose already on the day of purchase. I registered a complaint then. To this day I am waiting for this bumper to be fixed dispite having the car booked four times. On every occasion I was given another excuse why it wasn't seen to, first the bracket was not available, then the workshop manager had left the company, then the bracket was finally ordered but arrived late, then I was finally booked for the repair and instead of repairing the bumper, the mud guard was tightened. I got now a new appointment for January 25, let's see whether after 7 month these people can get my bumper fixed
