Poor Service

I went at Group 1 kuilsriver on 4/62024 for 45k service, then everything was done. I checked my receipt as always to see what they did. Now I get weird sound every time I press my brakes pedal. What I fail to understand is that they said the brakes were checked and hand brake was adjusted on all my services there. 3 services I have been doing with this company and it is the first time I have felt like I am ******. I mean if they have the best technicians, then someone was supposed to pick it up and tell me it will need to be replaced in the near future. Now, I fail to understand what was the job of the technician since he/she failed to pick up an issue that is supposed to be seen when doing check up since they compare to required standard. Now , I went there today and they tell me it will need to be replaced and it will cost 4.5k. I mean how is it possible that they technician didn’t pick it up if they do correct job. It seems like they save car parts while they get paid. This is totally unfair and day light *******.
