GROUP 1

<div>Well where to begin... I recently bought a car ( 2017 Nissan Qashqai ) @ group one Renault in Stellenbosch. when we receive the car was in good condition seeing that it just came from the panel shop, we drove the car for 5 days and the ecu on the hand brake started acting up so we informed group 1 Stellenbosch with a couple of other faults. They very swiftly that Monday collected the car and took it to Nissan kuilsrivier where the car then stood for 25 days 25 DAYS people, waiting on parts i mean really 25 DAYS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! now my Question is why don't call the client and say to collect the car and bring it in when the parts arrive. That scared ass Principal Dealer doesn't even have the ***** to speak to a person ****ing idiot useless MF, that goes for the work shop manager as well anyways so we got the car back eventually but with a surprise, not going to into detail but there was scratches on the fenders a bump mark on the rear bumper seems that there is a piece of metal protruding from the bumper, When I saw it I immediately called and ask for the inspection paper and wow to my amazement no damages reported on the car by the time it got booked in. Now the problem becomes group 1 Stellenbosch, they collected the car again buffed the car and brought it back the dents and scratches still there, so please people be aware of this Devils they just looking out for them self and not there for there clients, i feel angry and i will not leave it at this i will find a way to get revenge on these people they are basically a bunch of *****'s just looking out for there own best interest. Feel like pitching up there one weekend and surprising this idiots, i will show them they ****ed with the wrong person this time around.</div>
