Bad service

Kuilsriver Marhindra (group1),has the worse service I ever experienced with a dealership. App**** 8 days ago on a Thursday application only submitted the Monday,I had to call the bank to find how far is my application,that's when they told it was submitted the day before I called(Tuesday).After being promised I could collect my vehicle Tuesday or Wednesday, Wednesday i spent 5 hours at the dealership waiting and nothing happened. Wednesday I went to collect and change the vehicle(better model) I was told I could,to find out its being sold to someone else,I ask if we can get the original vehicle but the suddenly it had a scratch on and could be sold.(gave my trade vehicle and deposit),so I had no car. I logged a compliant Wednesday and Jaco called saying he will call back with a solution, which did not happen. I went again to the store Thursday During this Sales lead(Jaco) , had an offer for me, a different vehicle which I was willing to take,but then they did the calculations and it was wrong and installments would way to high. Which leaves me at Friday,8 days later and no solution,went to fetch my trade in and request my refund on deposit(still waiting)and i am making plans with an alternative dealership.
