I am utterly appalled by the service I received from Nissan Group 1 Kuilsriver. Three weeks ago, I made a written offer for an NP200, including a canopy. Despite my persistent follow-ups, it took the dealership three weeks to send me an offer with the correct details.

After all this time and effort, I receive a WhatsApp message from the dealer principal informing me that the vehicle I was interested in is now sold. They then have the audacity to offer me another vehicle but demand I pay extra for the canopy, which was originally included in my accepted quote.

This is not just poor service; it is an ************ and dishonest way of conducting business. Reneging on an agreed-upon quote is unprofessional and unacceptable. I strongly advise against using Nissan Group 1 Kuilsriver.
