Very disappointing experience, and I would not recommend buying a vehicle from this dealership.

I purchased a car from them, only to discover that it had a faulty gearbox upon delivery. I had possession of the vehicle for just five days before it had to be returned for repairs. It has now spent more than 60 days in the workshop, far longer than I have actually been able to use it.

I also had to repeatedly follow up and push to obtain a courtesy vehicle. Unfortunately, the courtesy vehicle was later taken back before my car was repaired, leaving me without any vehicle once again.

Throughout this process, customer service has been extremely poor. There appears to be little regard for the customer experience. The manager has not responded to emails, and communication from the salesperson has been even more disappointing, with lots of empty promises

Overall, this has been a frustrating and unacceptable experience, and I would not recommend this dealership based on the service and support I have received.
