Don't care about customers

I made a payment with my card, the slip comes out and reads. Transaction Declined: Unable to go online, Offline approved, the waiter starts risen his voice at me. Fighting with me that the card was declined, I tell him that it declined because their machine was offline. His in fighting mode not listening to me, by the way he gave back the card to me. I give him back the card and ask him to apologise once it approves, it approves and he does not apologise. He even denies fighting with me, I go to management and they don't even care. All I wanted was an apology from the gentleman, the supervisors did not even call him to apologise. They could careless, due to that I will never support Grillos Benoni ever again. Sad very Sad!!!
