I am writing this review while currently seated at Grillo's Roadhouse, and I am beyond disappointed. This is easily the most unprofessional service I have encountered across the country. Our experience today has been a series of failures: Hostile Staff: The serving lady has been incredibly rude with a "stinking attitude," acting as if serving us is a burden. Incident Handling: One of my colleagues was accidentally locked in the restroom, and instead of an apology or assistance, they were cheekily reprimanded by the staff. Hygiene & Presentation: Our cutlery was practically thrown onto a bare concrete table with no dining mats or sense of care. Basic Amenities: They lacked simple items like Tabasco sauce, and I was already halfway through my meal before a sachet of salt was finally provided. Environment: The establishment allows homeless individuals, drunks, and beggars to roam the eating area, bothering clients for food. They even permit drunk hawkers to use the dining tables to display clothing for sale. If you value professional service and a peaceful meal, I would strongly suggest looking elsewhere in Benoni.
