Wort Customer service!!!!! they dont care

I've been with this company for 5 years before they changed the name, in the five years they failed to load my website. I've been paying debit orders monthly for a service that wasn't provided. Every time they would say they are fixing the problem but my site was still never loaded. I asked that they cancel my subscription because of the poor service and because I'm currently unemployed they have yet to do this, sent an email requesting they stop taking money because there customer zone doesn't have an option to cancel subscription to no avail. Every time they debit order I pay a fee to the bank because I don't have money in the account. This is affecting my banking I pay R145 for every R39 they try and take and blocking them will require I pay fee again. This is ridiculous!! I'm frustrated and no one is trying to assist me.
