WebAfrica to Gridhost Experience
Obviously when a company changes like WebAfrica has recently done to Gridhost there was bound to be some teething issues, I tried various ways to get a ticket or 2 resolved. I then found Zaheer on the Social Media who was a breath of fresh air, every query I have sent is dealt with swiftly and professionally!! Greatly appreciate super service when it is received.
