Thank you for assisting me once again guys! Really appreciate it! The knowledge base articles are informative. Would be nice to add pictures to those that don't have any (if necessary of course). Hopefully you are working on them!

Thank you for your feedback. We are definitely working on improving our KB articles. At the moment we are improving those that is related to most of our support queries but the others are going to be looked at as we go along. Hope you have an awesome week ahead!
