Useless - look elsewhere.
Utterly, UTTERLY useless. Such a pity. They've messed up my billing, accidentally cancelled services, never reply to support tickets unless you phone and chase them. Useless, useless, useless. I'd be amazed if they're still in business a year from now. One of the most *********** companies I've ever worked with.

12 July 2018 - You turned off ALL of my services, because of a billing mess-up on your side. Took days and numerous calls to resolve.
6 Aug 2018 - My failed attempt to understand why you did the above, which ended in you closing the support ticket despite the matter not being even remotely closed. I've still never had an explanation.
Monday this week - I emailed you asking for some POPI information that a client requested us to obtain from our hosting "partner". No response. Followed up again yesterday. No response. Phoned today, was told by a seriously rude staff member that "you are battling to get through all of the support tickets".
Should I continue?

18 Oct 2018, 11:00Despite complaining here, and phoning and emailing 1-Grid for the past three days, still nothing. No response to my support tickets, keep promising to call me back but don't, etc. etc. Case proven. Useless.
