Unbelievably poor service, complete lack of interest

Gridhost - Bad, bad, bad company. Service is appalling. Gone through 4 technicians (one being senior Morne) last Thursday who promised to call me back and 4 days later I am still waiting; not to mention that my business site still down since last month and it is not looking good for business! 6 emails, umpteen calls, facebook messages over and over again, wasted time in call centers, empty promises and they still cannot get their act together. Their tardiness and complete lack of interest is causing damage to my company's reputation ! I've have called, pleaded and insisted on the urgency, but nothing is being done and no-one cares.
