Totally unacceptable website design service

I am having my website designed by 1-grid and it has been a very unpleasant and frustrating experience. For some reason the designers just cannot follow simple written instructions and their attention to detail is unacceptable. I am very, very disappointed

Hi - Ryno did call and left a message - I have phoned the number he left and after waiting on-hold for 10 minutes I hung up. Nawaal just sent me an email saying that everything was sorted and that the website was now 100% correct. When I checked it - there were still a number of errors - so still not happy
