The worst web host ever
This is the worst web host I have ever encountered. I setup my dad's business website using their service and added a SSL certificate and dedicated IP address when I did. After a year passed they charged me to renew the certificate and SSL certificate but didn't update the site's certificate.
My dad's business suffered tremendously because of this, it lost page rank in search engines, the website was reporting an error in browsers and simply not loading on some of them and the traffic dropped immensely. After this I moved the site to Cloudflare to allow me to manage the certificate myself, and started using StatusCake to monitor the site uptime.
This morning StatusCake is reporting that the website is down 53% of the day. I randomly try and visit it and it just does not work.
They have no idea what they are doing, they will charge you for things they do not implement, they will destroy your business if you use them. They are unreliable and do not have the knowledge to serve as a web host. I would advise you to stay away from them.
