I would like to take this opportunity to thank and recommend one of your star employees Kevin Nell, i have been having an issue for months with my sever(hosting package) emails. and logged multiple tickets and all of them i received the same response "everything is fine" but e-mails were bouncing. today i called in and only wanted to speak to a manager however i got through to Kevin, he took my query and within minutes was able to determine what the issue was, we spent about 30 minutes going through every single domain (i have a couple registered with you guys) but he was patient and resolved all the issues i had. he even followed up later on to make sure that everything is sorted and that my clients are happy.
As customers we are quick to write a loooong complaint but never take time to thank people who assisted us.
I would like to THANK Kevin for what he did and going the extra mile to sort out an issue.
