I had the pleasure of being assisted by Zaheer online. He is an amazing person to show such interest in the customer's problem and even if he is not able to resolve the query he will got the necessary people to attend to it. The follow up was much appreciated. I have not been able to get a hold of you guys and he explained that due to the change you guys made from Web Africa, there is an increase amount of customers calling in. This is still a concern though as you should have enough staff to ensure the impact is kept down to a minimum. I really hope you take this into consideration soon as not many people will be as understanding. Keep up the good work that you have done so far!
