Terrible service - get hosting elsewhere

These guys are absolutely terrible since splitting from Web Africa (whom I still have services with). 1-Grid take ages to respond on the chat-line and when they do they don't give any useful advice and don't appear to care at all (half the time they seem busy with someone else). In a competitive environment with many other excellent hosting services these guys are writing their own obituary. I have already moved some of my domains elsewhere, I will move the others soon too.

Hello, thanks for your feedback Kevin. The situation has been resolved - it took over a month to transfer a domain though and your instant chats guys did very little to resolve the situation... its finally up and running though. Many thanks, Shaun
