Terrible Service and response times

The service received from Gridhost is pathetic. I have used many different hosting providers and ever since domains from WebAfrica have moved over to gridhost the service has been terrible and slow. There is no response from tickets logged and domains take forever to be registered even after payment was made. I never had this problem with WebAfrica. With them when a domain is requested, registration is done immediately and the domain is usable in hours. With gridhost the domain was requested almost 24 hours ago and it is not even registered yet and nobody responds to support tickets
