I have worked with some of the national hosting companies for 3 years and 4monts now, I have understood 1-gird is one of the greatest hosting company I can ever recommend to web developers. They have a well-structured system support and I never wait for 30 min to get a feedback on any of my cases. I have 7 XLarge CVPSs with them, that should tell you guys how support I need from them. The important part is they take care of the performance (servers or shard packages) of your space and they make sure you are secure.
Personally, I think you for your energy you put into helping us run our businesses. Thanks a lot.
