Shocking Livechat and Service

Terrible live chat and attitude. Live chat support isn't helpful whats so ever, takes about 10mins for a response , doesn't have any manners. I have one website on there that for about 4-5 years paying every year for it and they couldn't even give me the info or access to reset a password ' My hosting package was too low'. I had to try a guess it lol. I've moved most of my websites off there already now. Would suggest the same. Run!
